When working together with our physiotherapists you can expect your injuries to be assessed in a completely integrated way. We use a whole body approach, taking into account the way your entire body works.

Our focus is on getting you back to moving well with strength and confidence whether you have a new, acute injury or are struggling with a persistent or recurring problem. We will work with you one on one, with minimal emphasis on passive treatments such as heat, ice, and TENS machines. While these can certainly play a role in promoting healing, our philosophy is that these should only be an adjunct to more hands-on, active rehabilitation. We will help you shift your focus from pain management to movement freedom, moving the way your body was designed.
